Do you have a Return Policy?
If you have discovered a problem with your order upon receiving it, please contact us immediately! Any errors or shortages must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Please keep all tags or packaging with the merchandise. If we do not receive the information we need in time, then no return or refund will be issued.
Here at My Inner Baby, we love to see happy smiles from our customers! Please ensure all sizes and quantities are correct before placing your order as our items are non-refundable due to the intimate nature of these products. Please measure your body utilizing the size charts provided by the manufacturers (diapers, bodysuits, plastic pants, etc.) - It's important to note that some manufacturers' sizes run small (ex: ODU & LFB products)
*Diapers, plastic pants, and pacifiers cannot be returned under any circumstances once they leave our facility, even if a bag or case has not been opened. We have samples of all diapers available for purchase so you may ensure the proper fit before placing a larger order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please note, the moment you hit the checkout button on our site, payment has been processed, the order has been queued, and everything is in motion to ship your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately! Once the order has been packaged and a shipping label generated, then there will be a 30% restocking fee on the entire purchase. Any orders canceled before they have been processed will be subject to a 20% processing fee as the payment fees are not refunded by our processor, and cancellations result in a lot of back end work for our team (and accountant).
Made a mistake?
Accidents happen, and we understand completely! However, if you notice that you made a mistake after completing your order, contact us immediately! Call us at (317) 733-7268 or by using our contact us form. It is our goal to make sure you’re satisfied with your order!
What countries do we ship to?
We strive to ship to every country around the world - however, there are a few countries we're unable to ship to. Our site will calculate shipping costs once you add your first item to your cart. Please ensure that your order is placed with a name and verifiable address as this is the most common reason for failed deliveries. Also, many countries require taxes and/or duties to be paid by the customer. This fee is separate from the total cost of goods and shipping charges purchased through our site. Any refused or undelivered international packages will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be provided. There are no exceptions to this policy. If UPS is selected as a shipping method, please provide a valid email and phone number for your order as this is required for customs purposes. Please note: We're unable to change the value of the items on the customs declaration due to international laws.
Undeliverable or returned packages:
If your package is returned to us due to being undeliverable, improper or incomplete address, not collected at the pickup point, customs, refusal, or any other reason, we'll provide you with an option to reship or refund. Reshipment will require payment of the additional costs to ship this order a second time. Please note, any refund will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping (even if noted as free), plus any return shipping fees by the carrier.
Additional verification:
In our ongoing effort to ensure the security and satisfaction of all our customers, there may be times when we require a bit more information to verify your order. This is simply a routine check to protect you and us! If we request additional details and don't receive them, we'll consider it a voluntary cancellation of the order, in line with our existing policies. Rest assured, we'll always communicate clearly and work with you to make this process smooth and stress-free.
Late deliveries:
Unfortunately, most carriers have suspended their service guarantees due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We regret that we are not able to offer refunds of the shipping charges paid due to carrier delays outside of our control.
When do we ship?
We strive to ship all orders received by 3pm Eastern time on the same day (Mon-Fri). Any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next business day. UPS orders that are placed after 3pm on Friday will not ship out until the following Monday. All international orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. There is no shipping available on days that are US Postal holidays, and these orders will ship the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for customers that place orders of $75 USD or more shipped within the continental United States, (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). We ship through our carrier of choice and require a physical address for the free shipping service (no PO Boxes permitted). If you wish to have a specific carrier used, please select this when placing your order. UPS pickup locations must use UPS services. Any orders placed with a PO Box must select USPS services. If these services aren't properly selected, we will contact you with the additional charges required to ship your order.
